In recent months congressional committees have been asked to investigate Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) involvement in numerous allegedly illegal programs including the illegal drug trade between the U.S. and South America.

Several weeks ago congressional legislators were sent word of another CIA and public health issue of urgent concern to the American people. In July, 1996, at the XI International Conference on AIDS in Vancouver, BC Canada, Dr. Leonard G. Horowitz became the first researcher in the history of that esteemed meeting to present a scientific paper on the manmade origin of AIDS and Ebola. In his new book “Emerging Viruses: AIDS & Ebola–Nature, Accident or Intentional?” he reviewed the CIA’s biological weapons Project: MKNAOMI and exposed the military-medical-industrial contractors who developed countless immune-system-ravaging viruses under DOD and NCI contracts between 1962 and 1974 during the highly funded, yet largely secret, “Special Virus Cancer Program.” He and other experts conclude HIV and Ebola were unquestionably laboratory recombinants, and that the current and “coming plagues” are financially benefiting the same individuals and institutions who helped develop and transmit, intentionally or by accident, these viruses and others associated with chronic fatigue, Gulf-war syndrome, and other suspicious modern epidemics including some cancers.

In early September 1996, as you may know, the Senate Intelligence Committee met to discuss Gulf-war syndrome. Dr. Horowitz’s colleague, and author of the foreword to “Emerging Viruses: AIDS & Ebola,” John Martin, M.D., Ph.D., from California, flew to Washington to present this book and his cumulative knowledge to Senate investigators.

I urge you to investigate what Dr. Martin, Dr. Horowitz, and others are saying. They conclude that today’s live viral vaccines are still littered with monkey viruses and other contaminants, and that these represent the most plausible source of transmission of new infectious diseases, including some cancers, to the world.

At this time, my network and I are lobbying for a Congressional hearing on these matters, biological weapons development and vaccine contamination, and strongly urge you to address this problem through a congessional investigation and invitation to Dr. Horowitz, Dr. Martin, and others to come and present their findings before the U.S. House and Senate.
